Yalisi Upgrades Premium Wetsuit Lines

    DONGGUAN, CHINA – July 3, 2026 – Yalisi Sports Goods Co., Ltd., a professional wetsuit manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, has upgraded its full production line to support 1.5mm to 12mm Yamamoto neoprene wetsuits, responding to rising global demand for professional freediving and spearfishing equipment.

      The facility integrates dedicated lamination workshops for titanium interior coating and GBS blind stitching stations, two core processes widely recognized for cold-water thermal retention. Thin 1.5mm tropical suits adopt stretch fleece lining and flatlock seams, while thick 5–12mm cold-water models feature full titanium inner layers and double blind glue stitching to minimize water seepage.

      “Many overseas distributors face inconsistent material and workmanship across suppliers,” said Guo Baokang, Founder of Yalisi Sports Goods. “We standardized two lining solutions and two stitching techniques based on water temperature use cases, enabling clients to select matched configurations according to target regional markets.”

      The factory implements three-stage quality inspection covering raw neoprene thickness, zipper tightness and seam waterproof performance, with product compliance with EU REACH and Australia ACID standards.
